5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively settled by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• Rules: The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are incorporated by reference and can be found on the AAA website at ADR.Org.
