• Access: A valid password, provided to purchasers of an authorized copy of the book(s), is required to access the materials.

3. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property

• Third-Party Terms: The additional materials available for download, including any template or accelerator, are subject to the specific terms and conditions imposed by the original author/writer of those materials. You agree to adhere to those third-party terms regarding how, when, and who may use the material.
• Prohibited Use: These materials are not considered part of your book purchase and only complementary. Commercial use of any material, template, or accelerator downloaded from the Website is strictly prohibited.
• Compliance with Law: You agree to comply with all applicable laws concerning copyrights and proprietary rights, including the laws of the United States, when using these materials. 4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mr. Karna, his heirs, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Website and/or the materials.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be exclusively settled by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• Rules: The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the AAA’s Consumer Arbitration Rules.

I confirm that I am more than 18 years of age. I have read, understood, and accept the Terms and Conditions. I also confirm that I possess a valid, bought-out copy of one of the books authored by Mr. Karna, which provides access to the material(s) as a complimentary material. Author is not bound to give access to these materials and can withdraw access to any of these materials at his choice and convenience.
